This man has been standing around the pier for a while taking photos of girls while trying to disguise it. I don't see how I was one of the few to notice. If you recognise him or have seen him I think he should be reported, or at least watch him and see what you think.
This was not the only example. He was stood/sat behind a girl on her own taking images of her waist down. After I asked if he had her permission to take photos he told me it's none of my business. Would you believe it, she didn't know and wasn't comfortable with him doing that?
If you're a photographer and you're taking pictures of one subject, surely you need their permission for it first? Especially when it's clear it wasn't for such genuine reasons.
