Was taking my lunch break on the beach when this guy approached a woman a few meters away and asked her where she’s from. I watched the interaction to make sure she was okay and she made it clear she was uncomfortable and he left. Eventually, he came to me and before he could start I made direct eye contact and I just said “no” and my dog barked at him. He left and I shared an understanding look with the woman next to me. He continued to walk all around the beach to continue to look at and harass many other women.
