We are not surprised by this statistic and it is exactly the reason why we started in the first place. We have received a HUGE number of testimonials from women and girls since coming together in June 2020, many explaining how they feel they are not getting the support they deserve.
Women are afraid to walk outside alone or at night, exercise in public, and in extreme cases even leave the house, due to anxiety and fear of being subjected to sexist and aggressive behaviour. IT NEEDS TO STOP.
